Description of Practice
I’m Tanya and it’s my aim as an Anger and Life Coach to unlock healthy anger and creativity within individuals by supporting a positive, productive and primary change that will further enhance the performance and communication skills of the individual through defining, refining, and promoting their anger as a positive tool and facilitating the discovery of their potential.
Anger Coaching seeks out the potential for enhancing emotional well-being, improving relationships and discovering performance blockages and uses anger as a fuel to achieve success-change-direction. Coaching is a useful approach for helping others explore their goals and ambitions as well as developing people’s skills and abilities, and of boosting performance. It can also help deal with issues and challenges before they become major problems.
Our coaching session will typically take place as a conversation between me (the coach) and you (the coachee: person being coached). My role is to work with you and direct the process of your session and not direct the content, as you are the expert of your life. This can take place either face-to-face in or around South Norfolk or through using Skype.
Coaching can help you identify and prioritise your needs for developing, improving or managing your behaviour and life. Coaching means that I support you in becoming the best you can be and usually the first step to achieving this is to set up an initial conversation to ensure that you are comfortable working together with me.
