Fill Up Your Positive Jar
Choose an attractive jar that you will be happy to keep close by. Put together a list of positive experiences, achievements you are proud of and things in your life that you are grateful for. Write each item from your list on a small separate piece of paper. Fold or roll the paper and place it in your jar.
When you are having a bad day or feeling down, or when things don’t go as planned, take a paper from your jar to remind yourself of everything positive in your life.
